Private by default

Application and enquiry information is stored in secured systems with access restricted to authorized staff according to their responsibilities. Applicant details are not displayed publicly. Please do not submit bank login credentials, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through these forms.

Optional AI assistance

If you choose the AI summary option and consent, only the situation text you enter is sent through an AI writing assistant to create a draft. Contact fields are not sent. The draft is not an eligibility decision and is not submitted automatically. You can review, edit, or discard it before submitting your application. Please leave names, contact details, bank credentials, and identity documents out of this text.

Donor connections and permission

Donor-sharing consent is optional and separate from the consent required for processing your request. Without appropriate authorization, your application is not shared with individual donors. Beneficiary stories and photographs require explicit permission and approval before publication.

Your questions and choices

You may contact the foundation to ask about your information, request a correction, or withdraw donor-sharing permission. A withdrawal applies to future sharing; authorized staff will review the request. Legal retention obligations may apply.
